A delegation led by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Gabriel Duque of the Embassy of the Republic of Colombia in Japan met APO Secretary-General Dr. Santhi Kanoktanaporn at the Secretariat on 17 March 2017.

The Ambassador was accompanied by Minister Plenipotentiary Alejandro Posada and Regional Cooperation and Communications Officer Paula Esguerra. Secretary-General Santhi briefed Ambassador Duque on the latest APO smart initiatives and they exchanged ideas on developing other projects to build on the current ongoing collaboration with Colombia.
