The State Policy on Decentralization approved by the Government of Mongolia has been implemented since 2016. It is grounded in the concepts of good governance, transparency, and accountability in decision-making processes.

In this APO Top Talk, Deputy Chief Byambasuren Urgamal of the Cabinet Secretariat of Mongolia, with NPO Pakistan CEO Muhammad Alamgir Chaudhry as moderator, will discuss decentralization, especially rational allocation of public functions.
