In this P-talk, Yosuke Ishikawa will share the Nippon Foundation’s activities on disability inclusion, emphasize the importance of including disabilities in workforce and explain how they relate to productivity. According to the World Bank, around 1 billion people worldwide live with disabilities, and it is essential for productive economies to include their full potential in the workforce. Enabling disability inclusion in business will contribute to more sustainable growth.
