This P-Talk will primarily look into the design of future public services to adjust to our new reality, especially to address long-term recovery so that the public sector can provide critical services. The rapid transformation of society and digital revolution along with budgetary constraints pose challenges in providing public services in the future.
Professor Moon has conducted extensive research on public service reform and education initiatives. He is currently an elected fellow of the US National Academy of Public Administration and has served on many government committees including the Presidential Council for Future and Strategy in the ROK.
