Representing 17 countries from across the Asia-Pacific region, 21 high-ranking officials from government agencies overseeing labor-management issues or monitoring the relationship between economic growth and labor issues, investment, promotion, and economic and industrial policy convened in Tokyo, 28 September–2 October, to attend the Workshop on Labor-Management Relations funded by the Government of Japan and organized by the Asian Productivity Organization.
