This P-Talk highlights how using data can jump-start productivity. Data can be used to maximize productivity but can also be damaging to it if it is wrongly used. Data can be used to improve the impact of policies and services, thus improving people’s lives. Making good use of the right data to measure performance can make a big difference to productivity improvement in any organization. Similarly, making decisions based on data rather than gut feelings can lead to dramatic productivity improvement.
