It is essential for factories to improve productivity while maintaining decent working conditions. The ILO released the Factory Improvement Toolset (FIT) as a sustainable, scalable approach to factory upgrading.

In this P-Talk, Charles Bodwell, Enterprise Development Specialist, ILO, will introduce key features and learning modules of FIT and how to utilize it in factories. In addition, Md. Nazrul Islam Chowdhury, Assistant Secretary-General, Bangladesh Employers’ Federation, will describe pilot FIT introduction in the garment sector.
