On 29 September, Asian Productivity Organization (APO) Secretary-General Dr. Indra Pradana Singawinata paid an online courtesy call on APO Chair Phork Sovanrith, APO Director for Cambodia and Secretary of State, Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation.

During the meeting, APO Chair Phork congratulated Dr. Indra on his appointment as the 13th APO Secretary-General for 2022–25. On behalf of the Government of Cambodia, APO Chair Phork pledged his full cooperation with the APO for the productivity enhancement of its member countries. The two also exchanged views on ongoing discussions on the membership contribution formula; project regulations and financial regulations; and independent evaluation system by a third party.

Secretary-General Indra expressed appreciation to APO Chair Phork for his support and advice and reaffirmed that the Secretariat would continue its efforts for improving transparency and good governance for the betterment of the APO.
