Training Course on Work Design for Enhancing Public-sector Productivity

In recent years, public-sector organizations have been under increasing pressure to use resources more efficiently to meet the growing expectations of citizens and stakeholders. Work design plays a key role in enhancing productivity by optimizing workflows and ensuring that tasks are carried out effectively. In 2023, the APO conducted an online course on Work Design for Inclusive Productivity. To continue that effort, this training course will address needs and challenges by providing practical strategies and tools tailored to the unique context of public-sector work environments. It aims to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and foster a culture of productivity and innovation.
