The pandemic caused abrupt changes in people’s lives, healthy food has never been more important, and consumers have increasingly sought out organic labels (Organic Trade Association US, 2021). This workshop will cover methodologies for true value and cost accounting, benefits, and examples in organic agriculture and show how they can be compared with the performance of other production systems in APO members.
