Celebrating excellence: APO productivity champions

Shining a light on individuals who have championed the cause of productivity and advanced the productivity movement in the Asia-Pacific, the APO proudly presents the APO Awards. Comprising three categories, Regional, Meritorious and Distinguished, and National Awards, they celebrate the achievements of distinguished individuals and confirm the critical importance of placing productivity enhancement at the forefront of the region’s socioeconomic development.

Since their inception in 1978, the APO Awards have honored the contributions of 101 outstanding individuals. In commemoration of the APO’s 60th Anniversary, the award scheme was transformed with updated categories and frequencies of conferral.

In 2024, two APO Regional Awardees and five APO Meritorious and Distinguished Awardees were recognized for their exceptional contributions to the productivity landscape within their nations and across the region.
